Week 8 task 1
Some of the hazards from my service learning is hurting any part of your body while playing sports. You can easily pull a muscle, break a bone, stretch a ligament, or even a concussion. I dont work with any machinery or heavy objects most of it is just sports. I always stretch before i start playing or running. It helps with getting your muscle and tendons loose.
